Place a bag/sack on the ground under the hopper, and hook the handles over the hooks.  Material can be dumped into the hopper from all 4 sides to ensure efficient operation.  Fill the hopper with dirt, sand, rock, etc. Use your pallet forks to lift and remove the bag.
